Saint-Maur, the benchmark for Provence wines, is unveiling a new wine that celebrates the Mediterranean art of living: Cuvée Azur. Available in rosé, white and red, this cuvée Mediterranean PGI embodies all the freshness, elegance and conviviality of our region, nestling in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

From our sun-drenched plots, bordered by the still waters of the Giscle, Cuvée Azur reflects the purity and diversity of the Provençal landscape. Three colours, three expressions of our terroir
Cuvée Azur Rosé - An elegant, delicate rosé with luminous highlights. Fresh and fruity, it reveals notes of red fruit and citrus, for a palate of finesse and balance. Ideal with summer salads, seafood or a friendly barbecue.
Cuvée Azur White - A pale, brilliant colour for an expressive, aromatic wine. Its notes of white flowers and citrus fruit combine with a lovely mineral tension. A perfect wine for refined aperitifs or fish dishes.
Cuvée Azur Red - A light, easy-drinking red, marked by the freshness of crisp red fruit. Smooth and silky on the palate, this is an ideal wine to enjoy slightly chilled, even in summer, with a fine plate of charcuterie or grilled meat.
