Olive Oil

AOC - Provence "MATURED OLIVES

This oil is produced exclusively by mechanical means, from olives grown in Provence. The Aglandau, Grossane and Picholine varieties used in its composition have been harvested when fully ripe and left to ferment for several days.

This crucial stage gives the oil a powerful leavening aroma.

Tasting

Extremely delicate in aroma and very low in bitterness, the rigorous blend ensures a perfect balance between aromatic strength and mellowness on the palate.

Beer 13
